Questo sito è un archivio per due formati di gioco di Yu-Gi-Oh!. Puoi consultarlo per intero senza creare un account e senza fornire alcun dato. Un account serve soltanto se vuoi salvare i tuoi mazzi e ritrovarli su un altro dispositivo.
Non vendiamo dati a nessuno, non facciamo profilazione pubblicitaria e non condividiamo i tuoi dati con terzi al di fuori di quanto descritto qui sotto.
Quali dati raccogliamo, e perché
Se navighi soltanto
Nessun dato personale. Il sito non installa cookie di profilazione e non ti identifica. Il server dell’hosting registra, come qualsiasi server web, i normali log di accesso (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, browser) per ragioni di sicurezza e diagnostica.

Se non indichi un’email, l’account funziona lo stesso — ma in caso di password dimenticata non potremo aiutarti a recuperarla.

I mazzi che salvi
Un mazzo salvato è collegato al tuo account e contiene il nome che gli hai dato e l’elenco delle carte. Se condividi un mazzo con un altro utente indicandone il nickname, quell’utente vede il mazzo e il nickname di chi glielo ha condiviso.
Se recuperi la password
Generiamo un codice temporaneo, lo conserviamo in forma cifrata e lo inviamo alla tua email. Scade dopo poco tempo e conserviamo il numero di tentativi errati, per impedire che qualcuno provi a indovinarlo. Codice e contatore vengono cancellati appena la procedura si conclude.
Base giuridica: esecuzione del servizio e legittimo interesse alla sicurezza degli account (art. 6.1.b e 6.1.f GDPR).
I nomi dei giocatori nei tornei
L’archivio dei tornei pubblica i risultati degli eventi: piazzamento, nome del giocatore, mazzo giocato e, quando disponibile, la lista delle carte. Questi nomi sono inseriti dall’organizzazione del sito a partire dai risultati degli eventi e possono riguardare persone che non hanno un account qui.
Base giuridica: legittimo interesse alla documentazione di eventi di gioco pubblici (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Se il tuo nome compare in un risultato e non vuoi che sia pubblicato, scrivi a help@ygoretroformat.com e lo rimuoveremo o lo renderemo anonimo.
Dove finiscono i dati
I dati sono conservati sul server che ospita il sito, fornito da Hostinger, che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. Le foto profilo sono salvate come file sullo stesso server, non in servizi esterni.
Le email (unicamente quelle di recupero password) partono attraverso un server di posta SMTP configurato per questo sito. Il fornitore del servizio di posta tratta l’indirizzo email e il contenuto del messaggio per il solo tempo necessario alla consegna.
Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
- Account, mazzi e foto profilo: finché l’account esiste. Se chiedi la cancellazione, vengono eliminati.
- Codici di recupero password: pochi minuti, poi vengono cancellati automaticamente.
- Risultati dei tornei: a tempo indeterminato, perché costituiscono un archivio storico — salvo tua richiesta di rimozione.
- Log del server: secondo i tempi di conservazione dell’hosting.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi in ogni momento chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in formato leggibile o opporti al trattamento.
Per molte di queste cose non serve scrivere a nessuno: nickname, email, password e foto profilo si modificano dal menu del tuo account, e i mazzi si cancellano quando vuoi. Per la cancellazione completa dell’account scrivi a help@ygoretroformat.com.
Se ritieni che il trattamento violi il Regolamento, puoi rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.gpdp.it).
Minori
Il sito non è destinato a minori di 14 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente i loro dati. Se ti accorgi che un minore ha creato un account, scrivici e lo rimuoveremo.

In short
This site is an archive for two Yu-Gi-Oh! formats. You can read all of it without an account and without giving us anything. An account is only needed if you want to save your decks and find them again on another device.
We do not sell data, we do not profile anyone for advertising, and we do not share your data beyond what is described below.
What we collect, and why
If you only browse
No personal data. The site sets no profiling cookies and does not identify you. The hosting server keeps ordinary web server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security and diagnostics, as any web server does.

Without an email the account still works — but we will not be able to help you back in if you forget the password.

The decks you save
A saved deck is tied to your account and holds the name you gave it and its card list. If you share a deck with another user by their nickname, that user sees the deck and the nickname of whoever shared it.
If you recover your password
We generate a temporary code, store it hashed, and send it to your email. It expires shortly, and we count failed attempts to stop anyone guessing it. Both are deleted as soon as the process ends.

Player names in the tournament archive
The tournament archive publishes event results: placement, player name, deck played and, where available, the card list. These names are entered by the site from event results and may concern people who do not have an account here.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in documenting public gaming events (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). If your name appears in a result and you would rather it did not, write to help@ygoretroformat.com and we will remove or anonymise it.
Where the data lives
Data is kept on the server hosting this site, provided by Hostinger, acting as data processor. Profile pictures are stored as files on that same server, not in an external service.
Email — password recovery only — is sent through an SMTP mail server configured for this site. The mail provider handles the address and message only for as long as delivery takes.
How long we keep it
- Account, decks and profile picture: as long as the account exists. Ask for deletion and they go.
- Password recovery codes: minutes, then deleted automatically.
- Tournament results: indefinitely, as a historical archive — unless you ask for removal.
- Server logs: per the hosting provider’s retention.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format, or object to processing.
Most of this needs no email at all: nickname, email, password and profile picture are editable from your account menu, and decks can be deleted whenever you like. For full account deletion, write to help@ygoretroformat.com.
If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation you may complain to your national data protection authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.gpdp.it).
Children
This site is not intended for children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you find that a child has made an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top. If the change is substantial we will say so on the site.
